Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinFlow website at finflowai.co, the FinFlow application at app.finflowai.co, and related services (together, the "Services"), provided by FinFlow AI ("FinFlow AI," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Services
FinFlow helps organizations manage financial requests, approvals, budgets, bookkeeping, and reporting. We may change, add, or remove features over time. The live demo uses made-up sample data and is for illustration only.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation from an organization. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for all activity under your account. Your organization's administrators control who has access and what each person can do. Tell us right away at hello@finflowai.co if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your data
Your organization owns the data it puts into FinFlow ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process, and display Your Data only as needed to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to put Your Data into FinFlow, including any information about employees, volunteers, donors, or vendors.
4. Not professional advice
FinFlow is a software tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional. AI features may produce suggestions that are incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and approving entries, payments, reports, and filings before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- access another organization's data or try to get around security or permissions;
- interfere with or overload the Services, or upload malicious code;
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services, except as the law allows.
6. Connected services
If you connect services such as your bank (through Plaid), Stripe, QuickBooks, or Breeze, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for errors in data they provide.
7. Fees
Pricing and payment terms are set out in your order, invoice, or written agreement with us. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
8. Our property
FinFlow AI owns the Services, including the software, design, and the FinFlow name and logo. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the Services. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Services or other users. When an account ends, the organization has 30 days to export Your Data, after which we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FinFlow AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify FinFlow AI against claims arising from Your Data or from your violation of these Terms or the law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify account holders of significant changes. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
